Tai Chi For Insomnia
How important is a good night’s sleep to you?
Are you prepared to practise a few gentle movements everyday? Are you prepared to adjust your diet?
Over the years I have helped many people, however I can only help, if you are prepared to help yourself.
Everything we teach within the LFA is taught in an easy to follow format, we do not use a lot of technical jargon. This website is here to help you,
Our classes and workshop are to help you Our videos and books are there to help you.
Within the LFA Medicine Chest we have over three thousand specialised K’ai Men exercises designed to help specific aliments, The video clip on this page is a sample of one of them.
I also suggest you start to learn the movements of our Tai Chi Form, people who attend LFA Classes often say that it is the only night they have a good nights’ sleep.
If you are unable to attend weekly classes, we have a series of videos that teach you the Form in the comfort of your own home, or alternatively we offer an easy to follow book. The LFA is all about helping people and it is our greatest wish to help you.
Ginger baths are also excellent for people who suffer from sleepless nights, fill a bath with hot water, no higher than your navel add ginger powder and sit in it for fifteen minutes
(place a towel round your shoulders to avoid catching a chill). The Ginger Bath is also excellent for aching joints. All Instructors trained and registered with the LFA are there to help you. Tai Chi
