Tai chi for fertility
Starting a Family should be a happy pleasurable time, if you are reading this you could be experiencing problems.
We offer you easy to follow advice, which will improve the quality of your health. The video clip shows a breathing exercise which I suggested to one of my students.
You should practise it every day along with the breathing exercises featured on our page for stress and on our page for panic attacks.
Take the time to study the clips and follow the written instructions, the exercises need to be practised by both partners twice daily.
An old fashion remedy for fertility is a daily intake of raspberries, I personally know of a couple who moved house.
The garden was full of raspberries, after years of trying to conceive the following year the couple found themselves proud parents.
All aspects of our Tai Chi will help improve the quality of the individuals health, a good place to start is with our Tai Chi Form.
This can be learnt in a local class or in the comfort of your own home through one of our easy to follow video's or books.
If you have tried everything then it is time you looked at changing your diet, what we put into our bodies has a great effect on the people we are.
Please remember there should be no strain when practising any of our exercises.
Starting position both heels together toes pointing slightly outwards, both arms by your sides.
1/ Breathe in through the nose as you step to your right, feet shoulder width apart. Place your heel down first, bend your right knee, moving your hips across to the right side of your body and straighten your left leg. At the same time place your hands on your hips.
2/ Breathe out through the mouth as you turn your upper body to the left.
3/ Breathe in through the nose as you turn your upper body back to the front.
4/ Breathe out through the mouth as you draw your right foot back to your left and lower your arms to your sides.
Repeat all four movements on the opposite side, repeat once more on each side
