For The Beginner – during the workshops you will be introduced to the many benefits to be gained from practising LFA T’ai Chi, in a warm friendly venue.
Course content details will be published one month prior to each course Easter Course days and Summer Course days are £21 per day Monthly Courses are per £16 per Day Tea, Coffee and Herb Teas are provided free of charge.
Everyone is most welcome, FREE Tea, Coffee and Herb Teas are provided by the LFA
People gain from their weekly classes; think of the added advantages of training on a day course:-More time, easy access to the Master Instructor and the option of experiencing different aspects of LFA T’ai Chi.
