When practicing LFA Tai Chi, it is important that each person listens to their own body. There should be no pain or strain at any time. Exercises can be adapted for anyone with physical limitations.
Every LFA Tai Chi class should always start with a gentle warm up. Beginners are welcome to join a class at any time. Click on 'class details' to see our class timetable.
