Sheila Dickinson teaches LFA Tai Chi day courses in East Yorkshire , West Yorkshire , Leeds, Berkshire and Edinburgh and Newcastle Upon Tyne .

A warm welcome and a friendly environment awaits everyone who attends an LFA Tai Chi workshop.

Our courses are open to both new and experienced students giving everyone the opportunity to train personally with Sheila.

From the M62 to A63 turn left onto Ferensway - A1079 (Toys-R-Us on right at Junction).

Stay on A1079 through two major junctions, carry on through both. Second junction is Cottingham Road / Clough Road . About 300 yards further on look for Endsleigh School on left (Large walled surround).

Turn immediately left at junction onto Inglemire lane. Continue passed Cranbrook Avenue . The Sport centre is approx 1 mile down on left.

From the Humber Bridge turn left at the roundabout and follow the signs for Hull A63.

From Beverley, onto Beverley Road (A1079 dual carriageway). Follow the road to the end of the dual carriageway and at the next junction turn right into Inglemire lane. The Sport centre is approx 1 mile down on left.
